EVENTFUL SUMMER IN 40°C +

AUGUST 3rd - SEPTEMBER 10th 2008

Despite the sand storms, unbelievably sticky humidity, and scorching hot air, summer flew by quite quick. With loads of activities, tons of sketches (see Sketchbook), Arabic baby-book-hunting (literally), furniture-hunts, and a competition I joined which unfortunately didn't win *sniff,* the weather was tolerable. The 20 chosen designs of Project Mulsaq will soon be displayed at Khatt Foundation.

TRIP TO PARIS

JUNE 7th - 20th 2008

Disney, a zoo, and parks for my baby boy, museums, sight seeing, dinners, unusual-trinkets-hunting, and a wee bit of shopping. Squeezed in all I could in the nut-shell amount of time I had. Bliss.
